The location was convenient near the main train station.
The check-in process was chaotic. The staff seemed distracted and disorganized. They initially checked me into the WRONG room. the toilet tissue had dusty spots.

The gym was smaller than I anticipated. It only had a couple of dumbbells. The breakfast was also a letdown, especially the waffles. They tasted like they weren't baked that morning. the ham had a sour taste. I think there needs to be attention to the quality of food.

i found the location very convenient, especially since i was travelling by train. it was a short walk to the train station. the complimentary minibar was a nice touch. it was restocked daily.
the hair dryer in my room was not working. i called the front desk at night, but there was no answer. i went downstairs to ask for a new one, but they could not find a replacement that night.

The location was ideal, just steps from the main train station. The rooftop bar provided fantastic city views! I found the minibar restocked daily with complimentary drinks. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, healthy options.

broken fridgepoor housekeeping
i was expecting more from this hotel. the fridge wasn't cooling drinks. i told reception about this over three days but nothing happened. also, the room cleaning was poor. the sink had not been cleaned and they did not replace used glasses. i probably wont come again.
